Our Fees
Depending on the complexity of your case, the hourly rate charged by the mediator/arbitrator will be between $300/hr. and $500/hr.
Half day mediation/arbitration sessions range between $1,000 and $1,500. Full day fees range between $2,000 and $3,500.
A retainer is required. The amount of the retainer depends on the projected length of the mediation/arbitration. The retainer is fully refundable as long as cancellation of the mediation or arbitration occurs at least three business days before the scheduled mediation/arbitration date.
